What sim time actually gives you.

We're not going to tell you a simulator makes you faster on race day. What it does is remove the things that waste your track time: the sessions burned re-learning where the corner goes, the tentative braking while you rebuild confidence, the mental load of an unfamiliar circuit.

  • Track familiarity. Turn 1 through the Le Mans Corner, in order, until the sequence is automatic.
  • Braking reference points. Repeat the same brake zone a hundred times without a hundred laps of tire and fuel.
  • Consistency. Endurance pace is a rhythm. Rhythm comes from repetition, and repetition is what a sim is for.
  • Racecraft & traffic. Sebring is a multi-class circuit. Practice being the car that gets passed cleanly.
  • Off-season reps. The track doesn't run year-round. Your seat time can.

Sebring Motor Garages & Townhomes is a gated luxury motor-condominium community less than a mile from Sebring International Raceway, and the official luxury motor condominium and townhome partner of the raceway. Their clubhouse simulator is an Academy build, wrapped in the circuit map, running the track it sits beside.
